On 8 jul. 2021 an informal delegation of NATO ambassadors from Brussels visited Brainport Eindhoven to become inspired by several stories, projects and visits. At High Tech Campus Eindhoven, VDL Groep, NXP Semiconductors, Fontys Hogeschool ICT Innovation Lab, Sita Robotics, 13th Brigade and ASML they were told all about the latest developments of some Emerging Disruptive Technologies (EDTs).
Artificial intelligence, robotics, autonomous systems and chiptechnology – to name only them – are expected to change the world, and theway NATO operates. That’s why the Alliance is working with public and private sector partners, academia and civil society to adopt new technologies, strengthen the Allied industrial base and maintain NATO’s technological edge.
